Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also very.  These situations do not qualify as defects. Lorie’s Loft is not responsible for these issues.  Lorie’s Loft will not be responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.   DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITH SCISSORS.  DAMAGES WITH CUTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. 

FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Please send an email to LoriesLoft@gmail.com.  Please make sure you write what the defect/damage is, pictures of the merchandise as well as the invoice slip must be attached in the email.  You can use your phone to take pictures.  All pictures must be clear and easy to see.

Please note merchandise must be in its original condition. Tags attached, not worn, no makeup stains, no perfumes, deodorant or smoke smell, no pet hair etc..  Be mindful of car scents, candles and smoke in your home and car. Items returned outside of return window will be refused.
