Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also very.  These situations do not qualify as defects. The Labels Loft is not responsible for these issues.  The Labels Loft will not be responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.  If you need more details regarding color on an item or a size, please send an email to TheLabelsLoft@gmail.com. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response.

ONLY a store credit will be issued on unworn merchandise and within 15 days of receipt and AFTER pictures are submitted have been reviewed, then a decision will be made if a store credit will be given. We will communicate with the customer during the process.  DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITH SCISSORS. DAMAGES WITH CUTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please send an email to TheLabelsLoft@gmail.com. Please make sure you write what the defect/damage is, pictures of the merchandise as well as the invoice slip must be attached in the email.  You can use your phone to take pictures.  All pictures must be clear and easy to see.

Please note merchandise must be in its original condition. Tags attached, not worn, no makeup stains, no perfumes, deodorant or smoke smell, no pet hair, etc.… Items returned outside of return window will be refused. FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS.
